Happy New year to you. I do hope you enjoyed the break and were able to relax.

It will be interesting to see how 2019 unfolds for real estate in Melbourne. I believe many are waiting to see the outcome of the election, likely to be in May. Once that is over, people may feel that there is a little bit more stability moving forward, but time will tell.

I was thrilled to catch up with Kylie, one of my gorgeous past clients. She rang me excitedly to let me know that she'd won $10,000 thanks to taking out home insurance, via the beautiful Deb Smith, on the home that I'd helped her to buy.

What a marvelous Christmas gift and you can see how thrilled she is! What an honour to be able to continue to support my clients. Congrats again Kylie!
